If you intend to arrive later than 19:00 (summer hours) / 17:00 (off peak), please contact the center (using the details provided in your booking confirmation) ideally the day before. Late check-out is available until 12:00 for GBP 10 per room. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs at the center for a charge of £25 (payable on arrival). Maximum of 2 per room. Dog beds and bowls will be available if you are unable to bring your own. Please notify us at the time of booking if you are taking a dog or dogs. For our dog policy and rules please contact the center directly. Please note that all guests will need to pay in advance of arrival by credit card or bank transfer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le Pod a pris beaucoup l’humidité et le mobilier est endommagé comme les portes et fenêtre de la salle de bain. Lit 90x190 parfait pour un enfant…

L ostello è in mezzo ad un bosco, noi abbiamo soggiornato nel pod, una struttura di legno appartata dalla casa centrale dove sicuramente regna il silenzio e la privacy. Tutto OK ma forse i pod necessitano di un po di manutenzione. Buona la colazione,e lo staff che lo gestisce. Leggere bene le istruzioni per arrivare alla struttura.

Necessita di manutenzione generale nei pod.

Bellissima la location nel bosco. Si riposa bene senza sentire i rumori delle strade/città Personale gentile.

La struttura è piuttosto spartana, le camere avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovate. Lo scarico del nostro bagno impiegava molto a caricare. Inoltre non è mai stato fatto in 5 giorni il riassetto e la pulizia della stanza. Colazione a buffet accettabile.
