"Mixed feelings"

Nice, clean room (Nico, the gentleman who manages the rooms, is great). However, you’ll be sleeping to the sound of the receptionist’s loud burps.

They offer airport transfers for 600,000 IDR, while an Uber costs less than 250,000 IDR. We paid for the reservation upon arrival. The daytime receptionist told us he would give us our change later because he didn’t have small bills. The next day, the receptionist still didn’t have any change, and we had to leave without getting our money back. Very disappointing — especially being only 20 minutes from the airport without traffic.
