"Great for a short stay before flying out at early hours."

The staff were very helpful, supporting us with buying take away dinner as none of the apps would work with our non-Indian phone numbers. Also, found us a kettle when we asked as we needed to boil water for baby's formula. Reception works 24x7, allowing early morning check out. Location is real (many places in the area lie), 20 min away from the airport. We easily arranged an Uber for around 200 rupees at 3:30am.

All linens could be a bit cleaner and smell nicer. It was quite noisy during the night. Not just airplanes and traffic but also doors shutting. They do not provide cots (FOC or otherwise) as advertised in booking.com

"Quiet and Hygiene"

Awesome.. Quiet and Hygiene, Comfortable bed, Good response by reception if anything required, Weekend tour to akkayamma hill. Good parking place. Spacious lawn & garden.

Room size is quite small.

"Second visit to Regency"

All good.. Especially the comfy bed. Second time visit. Peaceful village. Short trekking to Akkayamma betta.

The facility guy didn't informed the tea/coffee prices before serving. This will be including in the bill at the end. We thought that was complimentary. Make sure you guys inform the extra charges before serving.
