Very warm welcome and information. Especially the breakfast was great with full table service, and lots of choice. Staff did go really beyond the norm to cater for my dietary allergies and offered special food for no extra cost. You best mention at check in for them to organise. Despite the cold weather the hotel was very cosy. Great showers, too.

Unfortunately our heating thermostat in the room was broken, and we couldn't turn it down. Two very warm nights, but when I mentioned it at check out I was advised that I should have said before, as it was easily mendable. So mainly our fault. Hotel lived up to its name for us. I

Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, unebener Boden (fehlende Laminatpaneele mit Teppich überdeckt), alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bad müffelt, benutztes Handtuch vom Vormieter im Zimmer
