Beautiful gardens and layout of the hotel; common living room with books and games to share Staff were excellent!

Rooms were more or less comfortable; small and outdated bathroom. Was not soundproof

Very polite and helpful staff. The amenities were good and the breakfast was good as well. the location was near the city center and restaurants.

the room was quite small. I did do a last minutes booking so they did their best to accommodate my family.

Rooms were not well maintained, bathrooms were extremely cramped and tiny. Room layout was very difficult to navigate, hardly any space to put luggage. Curtains don’t block any sunlight. Windows don’t block any sound (or insects). Room service was nearly non existent. Asked twice for fourth towel for fourth occupant in the room, was told they will send it, no one showed up. Breakfast was ok, but the items were not replenished adequately. Cheap fruits only, no mangos or guava etc. No fresh juice. Average coffee. Staff was unfriendly. No microwave or fridge in room or common area. You are allowed to use staff room which was dirty with ancient appliances. Overall, I am glad I was there for only 2 nights. Will not recommend or return.

We stayed here for three nights and had a lovely time. In particular, Jenni who checked us in was amazing helping us with our room and issues with the car hire. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, breakfast was included and the location close to lots of restaurants and shops.
