Забронював два стандарти і один економ. Представник готелю написав що є можливість забронювати три стандарти. Я зрадів і написав що ок, дякую. При заселенні в готель довго шукали моє бронювання, кудись телефонували і потім мені повідомили що мають лише один стандарт і два економи)) на моє питання як так, сказали що люди ще не виїхали. Після довгих перемовин добились 2 стандарти і 1 економ як і бронював. Відношення хамське.
