The Sail Loft - Hayling Island

As we know the Island, this property is well located for exploring. The property is very comfortable and well equipped

We loved the Sail Loft. We have parents on Hayling Island and have always found it very difficult to find somewhere within walking distance of their house to stay when we visit. This property if perfectly located. While we were there over Christmas it is only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The interior is fantastic, finished to a high standard and has everything you need. Once the wood burning stove is fired up (it’s really easy) the place is warm and cosy. Other reviews have mentioned that you can’t actually stand up in the bedroom as it is in the eaves of the roof but we really didn’t mind that as the bed was so cosy and you felt cocooned by the roof. We will definitely stay again.

Not a bad thing but remember warm air rises. We were concerned that the bedroom might be a bit cold so put extra logs on the wood burning stove shortly before going to bed, then were really really warm!

just wonderful, the house is clean - the neighbors are great. Quiet and cozy.

Comfortable and cosy, great accommodation local to the beach and shops.

The place was beautifully clean.

From the pictures it is not easy to see quite how steep the steps are and that they are "ships steps" also the low the ceiling in the bedroom, I was expecting low, but not quite that low!

We did not research the stairs for us totally unacceptable we left after 2 days
