West Coast Hideaways

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the cabin had everything that you need. We were so surprised by how well organised the whole place was. Having a hot tub made it even more special. The owners, Stefan&Kari, went over and above to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Due to storm Floris, the electricity played up on/off. Due to this, Stefan & Kari offered us dinner on both nights and heated up the hot tub for us. We could not have asked for nicer hosts. It's a beautiful spot, with incredible views and a fantastic location.

The midges were not the friendliest little flies. :-)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, there is nothing I would change. Location - it was a great location, the instructions on how to get here were just spot on. Some very stunning beaches near by. The Hut - ticked all the boxes, had everything you could possibly need, the bed was super comfortable, with lots of storage underneath. The kitchen was well equipped. The water pressure was very pressuring, the bathroom was stocked with (very beautiful) soap and toilet paper. Even though we weren't there for the TV or WIFI but I found the free WIFI to have a great connection, we had no issues at all, and the TV has a superb picture quality. The Hot Tub - very roasty toasty. Was a very lovely feature to be able to use, heated up very nicely. Kari and Stefan are the most gracious hosts, nothing was an issue for them. Even when we forgot our phone after leaving, they made every attempt to get in contact with us to inform us.

Beautiful location and very well equipped and comfortable shepherd's hut. Shower amazing! Views and peace were soul feeding , perfect for recharging. Highly recommend

Beautiful shepherd’s hut set in stunning scenery. Warm, well-equipped, very comfortable and the silence was palpable. A delightful couple of days so thank you Kari & Stephan.

Not a dislike but be aware that the bed is very high and needs some manoeuvring to get out of, so maybe not for anyone less able. But the view from the window more than compensates.

A peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. The lodges are delightful, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, and lovingly designed with attention to the smallest details. The hot tub is a wonderful touch, especially on cold days, and watching deer stroll by just a few meters away is a truly unique experience.
