Location, very clean, lovely staff-couldn’t do enough to help with any issues we had

Rooms are a little tired but spotlessly clean. The queen doubles are very small for a couple but as soon as we raised this as an issue an alternative room with a bigger bed was provided

Le personnel est accueillant. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Les photos sur Booking ne nous permettaient pas de savoir que l'hôtel est séparé en deux par la route menant au village de Sok San avec des fréquents passages de TukTuk, motos et voitures. Comme toutes les chambres, la nôtre située au 1er étage donne directement sur la rue et elle n'est pas insonorisée. La porte fenêtre donnant sur la rue n'est pas entretenue, nous voyons un espace direct entre la chambre et la rue. La chambre est toute petite, bien plus petite que les 22m² indiqués sur Booking; elle ne dispose d'aucune chaise. Il y a une gouffre énorme entre le prix de la chambre et la prestation offerte. Comme d'autres clients rencontrés lors de notre séjour, nous nous interrogeons sur les bons reviews de Booking.

Amazing location with their own beachfront and lounge chairs. Free paddle boarding and snorkeling gear. They provide refillable glass bottles for water instead of plastic and you can refill it at reception.

Bed was a little softer than what you normally get around Cambodia. Might be nice for some but I like the firm beds although this is not a deal breaker.

wunderschöner weißer strand. wirkt fast surreal. Karibik feeling stellt sich ein. ruhige Lage. das Personal ist Weltklasse. Upgrade. Bungalow mit Meerblick. Paradies. Frühstück liebevoll, genug Auswahl auch veggie. alles frisch. bester Kaffee ever. die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit und haben super Tips. geburtstagkuchen als Überraschung. outdoordusche war herrlich mit dem Sternenhimmel. Alles top. komme sicher wieder.

Das Serviceteam war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand wurde sehr sauber gehalten, wie eigentlich das ganze Resort!

Futonbetten sind sehr bequem aber nicht für jeden geeignet.
