Spacious open plan kitchen and living room. Well lit, and the front (living room), centre, and back (kitchen) lights are all controlled separately and have dimming functions. Quiet, peaceful area, nice view coming out of the lodge. Spacious washroom.

The bed was a small double but listed as a double bed. Only 2 (thin) pillows were supplied, and didn't want to be paying an extra £30 per night for the extra laundry fee. Could only open half the wardrobe, with the bedside table blocking the left side (when facing) door. This made the room feel cramped, and ended up with most of our clothes in the spare bedroom The hot tub was gritty when we first got in. Hot tub also appears to have been put in the wrong way round, as the control panel is on the side backed up to the side of the lodge and the steps to get in and out of the Hot tub lead into the lounge seat (curved and slipped a couple of times trying to get in and out) TV's HDMI slot was broken/removed

Absolutely everything. A stunning place to unwind, be with nature and replenish mind, body and soul. Gorgeous clean and comfortable cabin, the hosts were so helpful and friendly and the hot tub was the best I’ve ever encountered. Fell in love with the donkey! I’ll be going back soon!

Excellent location, with great views; nice walks around, too. About 20min drive to Shrewsbury, where there are lots of cafés, restaurants and shops; ample parking, too. All standard kitchen facilities—even a freezer. Hosts were very friendly, but not interfering/too involved. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable; we both felt a bit achy the first morning. Some of the finer touches were missing, such as no toiletries; tea, coffee and cereal were provided, but no milk. A few other small things, all easy to correct. Regardless, it didn't stop us from having a great time
