Easy to find, lovely views walking distance to Arisaig

Pillows too soft

The location was perfect overlooking the sea. It was spacious and well equipped over and above for a self contained bungalow. Our daughter and partner joined us by car. It was brilliant for all of us.

Absolutely nothing. It was superb and I would definitely recommend it for 5 people. They even supplied to games.

Das Cottage liegt abseits vom Trubel in einer wunderschönen Gegend, ganz nah an der Küste. Der Ausblick ist herrlich. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. In der komplett eingerichteten Küche haben wir lecker gekocht. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, Die Stockbetten waren ok. Es knarzte beim Umdrehen und da ich sehr leicht schlafe, hat mich das etwas gestört. Aber das war nicht schlimm. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber man verbringt eh mehr Zeit draußen in der Natur. Im Wohnzimmer konnte man sich gemütlich zusammensetzen. Außerdem gibt es draußen einen Sitzplatz und auf der Terrasse sind ebenfalls Stühle. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unser Cottage hatte das Motto "Harry Potter". Parken darf man direkt vor der Türe. Für unsere Ausflüge war es perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. In Arisaig können wir das Pub im Hotel sehr empfehlen. Leider haben wir nicht dort gegessen, sondern nur abends etwas getrunken. Aber das Essen das dort serviert wurde, sah extrem lecker aus.

Alles gut so wie es ist

The property was lovely, very clean, and the views across the sea and the mountains were absolutely amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the Harry Potter theme around the cabin. The property is in a quiet area, so we had a great, relaxing time observing local birds (geese, chickens, and garden birds), cows and a calf, and we visited many local beaches and Loch Morar. Absolutely outstanding landscape. The nearby village of Arisaig had a SPAR with all the necessities, and Mallaig, just 10 minutes away, had lovely restaurants, cafes and a Co-op for large food shops.
