The place is absolutely amazing. The little lodge is very cozy. Alastair and Hazel were very welcoming and it was fairly easy to get to the lodge with a small car.

Lovely cozy, little cabin hosted by a very friendly couple. The facilities (kitchenette, shower and compost toilet) are in a separate hut but were warm and immaculately clean. There are also modest hills on the doorstep you can go out and explore.

Not great if you suffer from hay fever but that's true of any hut with wood fire and sawdust compost toilet.

It was absolutely lovely! Would 100% be back in the future. Hosts are lovely! Cats are beautiful, lovely weekend away nice and quiet and beautiful views! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
