Es cómodo y su personal súper amable, lo único que no me gustó esque en mi habitación la cama rechinaba mucho si me movía, eso hacía que me despertará a cada rato, pero en general todo bien

"No es un hotel no existe atención al cliente y le falta mantenimiento"

No se puede llamar hotel si acaso llega a casa de huéspedes le falta demasiado mantenimiento , no hay forma de comunicarse con el “lobby” solo aceptan transferencias y no pago con tarjeta.
