The location was good.

The majority of the staff did not speak English as advertised. There was no hot water in the shower. We told 2 different staff members but never got fixed. We have money taken out of our safe. We had placed pesos in the safe in order to be able to pay for our airport transportation home. Half of the money was taken. We know that the staff have a master key to the safes. Would not stay there again!

"Friendly Staff, clean, close to main attractions."

Location is excellent, very close to the historic center, quiet rooms and very nice rooftop with amazing 360 view of the town.

We were assigned a Family room for a party of tree, but this room can use some work and the bathroom lacks privacy, we requested a different one, they comply, we were given another room and this issue was resolved.
