La comida e instalaciones, me gustaría que se convirtiera en un Todo Incluido, sería un éxito puesto que en Colombia casi no contamos con ello!

Una del personal del bufet aparentemente nueva su actitud no fue muy buena solicité un cambio de una arepa porque estaba quemada y al dar la vuelta se inició a reir y le hacía señas a la compañera y esta de ojos claros le hizo señas de que eso no se hace con los huéspedes me pude dar cuenta porque mi acompañante se quedó observando cuando me di vuelta, el resto del personal si nos brindó una excelente atención agradecimientos especiales a Lucero, Juan José, las chicas de recepción y al chico de portería, muy amables todos!

En general es un hotel muy bonito, es perfecto para compartir en familia, tiene buenas áreas comunes, la comida me pareció bien

El aseo debe mejorar, en el baño cuando ingresé habían unos interiores de hombre y pensaría que debe mejorar el aseo en la piscina
