I was looking for a chill atmosphere to relax, this place is perfect! Amazing views to the river and the most helpful staff I've ever met, answered also super quick to my questions in the booking app.

The neighbor's rooster won't let you sleep long 😂 Make sure to get a dorm bed closer to the exit if you're a light sleeper

I really enjoyed my stay! The best part was the tropical jungle vibe, quiet, private, and right by the river, away from the busy city. It’s a 20-minute walk to the center, but they have a free ferry to the center every hour, which is great. The food was good, and the common areas were nice and relaxing. Just know that it’s not a very social hostel—it’s more for resting and enjoying nature.

The only thing I didn’t like was the dorm beds. They were shaky and made noise when I climbed up, so I was afraid to wake others. It would be better if they fixed them.

Nothing really

The lack of help from staff. The location was too far from town, although I knew that. The rooms were basic and open to the elements. There is no real security as just a padlock on the door. No air-conditioning, just fans. No got water. No mini fridge. So everything was warm. There are no glasses for drinks. Pitty, if you had medication that needed to be stored in the fridge, the whole place looked like a bomb site. Lots of work in progress. Dogs and chickens barking. They say on there site that they had an exchange facility. But they wouldn't except it. Then, on arrival, no credit card excepted. Just Kip. I never had enough Kip, so they tried to keep my passport, which I explained was completely illegal. I promptly got it returned. Finally, you better take lots of mosquito repalent as I got eaten alive as it's on the river. The website pictures portray a completely different Place. I moved into town and had a modern hotel For the same price the next day and got a refund.

The place is beautiful! It’s right on the river, beautiful plants everywhere, and the bungalows are picture worthy. In fact, you will be taking a lot of pictures. It’s a great place to read a book by the river and relax.

It’s pricey for a private room, and you can find much cheaper in town without the trouble of getting back to your hotel. There is really nothing in this area. Most important is that It’s not quiet at night no matter where you are staying on the property. You have to choose between the roosters and dogs all night or the disco parties. You must bring earplugs if you want to sleep.
