The staff cannot speak English and was not frindly at all...bedding had some little dirty spots...and the biggest surprise was an absence of wine glasses (in the heart of wine region that is naturely main reason for coming here)

RUThe main advantage is the amazing view from the balcony. Clean shower, everything you need is there. Large and comfortable bed, clean linen, blackout curtains. In general, the room is very comfortable, clean and stylish. It doesn’t take long to get to all the main locations, the city is small.
The floor was very cold, we went in early May. The shower cabin does not close, so the floor was very wet after the visit. But these are all the little things, basically the room and the hotel itself are excellent!
