The family room I ordered was well appointed. The pantry was provided with a fridge, microwave and pressure cooker. Steamer, ironing board and iron were provided in the bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet seats.

Language was a problem as I don't speak Arabic. When we arrived at the hotel nearing the time of maghrib in Ramadan, there was no one at the front desk.

"Not worth the price for Al haram visitors it’s too far!"

Rooms have a small window on back of the building so it makes the room boring + the carpet need to be cleaned The staff are not welcoming.
