The place was very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious.

The beds are comfortable. Large rooms. All new and clean. Reception area was fantastic. But the WiFi was very poor. I had to set outside by Reception to answer my emails. Overall value for money.

I did like the spacious room, warm shower water, local market, fast food shops closed enough, the coffee n complètement are good.

Far from haram 7 km due to construction services no shuttle bus available pay arround 25 riyals , no daily cleaning service available , staff a bit weirdo ( probably communication problems and not friendly), overall not happy with the services
