Ariel Bungalow Tetebatu

We had a great stay at Ariel Bungalows. The owner is so nice and told us so much about the area and life of the people living there. The food was great as well. The Bungalow is functional and has a very nice Terrasse. Especially the garden is very nice. You get a lot for the price. The rice Terrasse around the area are so beautiful. You can walk everywhere.

Really liked the place and the family hosting...They will try their best to make you feel like home and part of them. I would definitely recommend this place. Go stay with them for a local experience.

There was nothing to not like.

We visited this wonderful homestay with our two daughters (2 & 6) for three days. We had a lovely time here and felt right at home, which is something I do not say lightly. We visited the rice fields, waterfall and monkey forest together with Anya, his brother and son. The home cooked meals were delicious. We will cherish our time at Ariel Bungalows and definitely recommend staying here!

Anya and his family are great hosts and take you into Tete Batu like no one else. We could visit a sasak wedding and Anya went with us on a really nice trip trough the rice fields, to the waterfalls and into the monkey forest!

I can’t recommend this place enough! We booked 3 nights and stayed 6, because we just didn’t want to leave this place especially because of the owner Anya. He made our stay very special. We did a little day tour with him around tetebatu, drank lots of coffee together and had good conversations. The homestay itself was great. Very clean & good smelling. Hot shower with perfect shower jet! Comfy bed, nice pillows and clean bed sheets. Little terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view into the green. Breakfast was good and they also offer food the whole day which was amaaaazing! We ended up eating everyday lunch & dinner there :) The location was wonderful. In the middle of the green, perfect for sunrise and sunset walks. Very quiet, better than staying in town. You will need a scooter but that’s everywhere around Tetebatu. He organized us scooters and transports to Gilis afterwards.

Absolutely nothing to complain.

We absolutely enjoyed staying there! Very beautiful hideaway in the rice fields, very calm and charming. The owner is extremely friendly and open-hearted. The location is also very convenient if you want to visit things nearby like the monkey forest, waterfalls and other things.

Google Maps is not very helpful when you need to find the place. Some streets don‘t exist but and you need to look out for the correct path. Local people will gladly help you if you‘re lost though :)

Anya is a very kind host, available, helpfull. He does everything to make your stay comfortable. During my stay, he drove me everywhere to show me around, explained to me about the culture, religion, etc. He even fixed my scooter 😅 The bungalows are amazing, and with hot shower, which is quite rare in Lombok. You'll stay in a beautifull garden too. Everything is near by, so very easy to take a look around. I really recommend. Thank you again for everything, I had a very good time 🤗

Peaceful location surrounded by ricefields.The place is a bit difficult to reach, but good for walks. Friendly and helpful owner. Good food and good wifi.

Room and bathroom are quite basic. Water in bathroom floor was flowing in wrong direction after shower, so the floor stayed wet.
