Pool

Dirty. Staff non existent. Staff rude. Power kept on going off. Left on my own with No power for 1 hour in the dark, no aircon, couldn't charge my phone, nobody was there . Nobody answered the phone. Traffic noise constant. No fridge. 3 nights and no cleaning attempted. No clean towels even though I asked . No kettle . No water replaced. Bathroom disgusting. Mould, green slippery stone .no body wash or shampoo. PpNo pillow cases, no quilt cover. My taxi was 15 minutes late but I wasn't allowed to wait in my room out of the heat.

We stayed for our last 3 days in Indonesia and had such a lovely and relaxing time there. The pool overlooking the jungle is incredible and makes it hard to want to leave the property. Really comfy rooms, good aircon, lovely owners and if you like wildlife you’ll see lots of big lizards!

The wifi in our room didn’t work.

The cabins are nice and the pool and the view are beautiful. Staff is friendly, location is good, breakfast can be ordered from a local venue. All in all good value for the price paid.

This is not the properties fault but, being in the jungle, be aware that humidity is off the charts which inevitably leads to mold.
