Très bien placé, à l’entrée de la rue piétonne de Mimizan. Parking réservé aux clients. Chambre propre.

Nous avons payé une chambre double supérieur pour avoir une chambre plus spacieuse avec un bureau (voir même un balcon à en croire les photos). Nous avons eu une chambre tout ce qu’il y a de plus simple, pas équipement, petite, pas de bureau pour travailler (juste une planche de 20cm de large pour vider nos poches, mais pas de quoi y poser un ordinateur), et bien entendu pas d’extérieur. Pas de climatisation

"Hotel pas au niveau du prix demandé"

Malheureusement, mon neveu a qui j avais offert le sejour n a pas ose faire de réclamation mais sa serviette etait tachée de sang et il y avait du sable dans les draps (?). La chambre etait sale. Ils ont regretté d avoir choisi cet hébergement et trouve que nous avons payé trop cher, car en plus l hotel est bruyant. Mauvaise expérience, donc.
