Pros: ambiance of property was maintained well and staffs were humble. Cons: (so many) - air conditioning is worst, can’t stay in property during day time. We were sweating all day in room. - position of air conditioner was far away from bed. Room don’t get proper chillness even during night times. Only after 2am based on outside weather room gets chilled. - when we compliant about unsatisfactory stay in their property, the property manager at specific moment started talking about karma. - they kept trap for lizards in kitchen and on the day 1 we saw a lizard got trapped in it and informed at service desk to clean it up, but for two days they didn’t even attend to clean up. - they add so much oil to the food they serve

Bugs, insects, ants and geckos are everywhere and the rooms are clean only in the first hours of the day then you will find the bugs everywhere in the room which I didn’t like.

Infrastructure in the complex

Near to fabric with a lot of noise full day. From other side was build a new home with a lot of noise. From the small river we were here frogs croaking all night.

It was beautiful the pool was great so was the room . Our only problem was bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Service for breakfast was difficult, food was good except dinner

Bed and location! The food that got from the restaurant for dinner was terrible tough to eat.
