"Very nice hotel in the centre of historic Veliko Tarnovo with great views."

On arrival we were met by someone from the hotel who confirmed parking and then swiftly straight to the room. Very efficient. The hotel looks great inside and out. Very well cared for. The room was very clean and bright. The facilities in the room were good. The breakfast was very good and all sorts of food arrived at our table. Certainly something there for anybody.

The WiFi was almost non existent in the room and not good in the restaurant. The bottom sheets on the bed were too small and came loose very soon during the night causing disruption in sleeping due to having to sort this out several times. Please fit bottom sheets either elasticated or larger ones.

excelente hotel, num ponto muito lindo da cidade, bem no miolo do centro antigo. o café da manhã é farto e com produtos de qualidade. O atendimento é muito bom, a proprietária faz de tudo para o hóspede se sentir bem. O quarto é amplo e arejado e tem elevador. conta com excelente restaurante e está próximo das principais atrações.
