Roots Tree House

Property was amazing; Surpassed my expectations. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I fell ill with Bali Belly and could not attend breakfast, upon finding this out a staff member bought a picnic breakfast consisting of fruit and dry toast to the room and set me up on the balcony overlooking the gardens.

We filled our itinerary too full and did not get to spend enough time in this lovely resort. Will be back.

Location bellissima, ben tenuta e suggestiva. Sembra davvero di stare in una favola!

La nostra casetta (3 persone) era sollevata da terra ma diversa dalle altre, non proprio una casa sull'albero. Suggestiva comunque ma consiglio di specificare di desiderare una vera casa sull'albero quando prenotate. Piccolo episodio che poteva andare diversamente: ho dimenticato una felpa nella stanza. Avevo lasciato i bagagli alla struttura per passarli a ritirare qualche ora dopo e immagino che per quell'ora avessero già pulito la stanza. I miei bagagli erano gli unici; perché non avvisare che avevo dimenticato qualcosa, dato che sarei comunque dovuta tornare alla struttura? Hanno risposto alla mia richiesta via messaggio di aver trovato la felpa, purtroppo però me ne sono accorta dopo essermene andata, lasciandola quindi là. Poteva essere una gentilezza da poco che avrebbe fatto la differenza.

E' stato un piccolo paradiso lontano dal caos della città. Meraviglioso e anche abbastanza comodo. Consiglio altamente! Ne vale assolutamente la pena. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Le lieu est extrêmement bien pensé, les cabanes sont d'un incroyable confort et cosy et très bien agencé. La végétation luxuriante Le personnel est adorable, souriant et aux petits soins Les repas sont cuisinés sur place devant nous et c'est excellent le petit plus pour ma fille: meilleures pâtes au pesto Et les massages en extérieur avec vue sur la piscine sont très agréables.

Rien à reprocher c'était parfait.

We had a very nice experience staying in a tree house in the jungle — such a peaceful and private place, surrounded by nature. The pool was lovely, and we really enjoyed the massage services offered on-site — so relaxing! It was amazing to be so close to nature. The only thing that was a bit scary at first was the sound of the animals at night, like geckos and frogs, which can be quite noisy. But it’s all part of the authentic jungle experience, and we actually found it interesting and unique after getting used to it. Overall, we were so happy with our stay — a truly special and memorable experience!

Extremely pathetic experience! If you want to stay awake whole night then book this because i was not able to sleep at all because there are so many weird insects, big spiders and what not! On top of that no staff at night ij the whole hotel no security you feel unsafe, we have to keep the doors locked all the time. The contact person "lude" was not picking up the call. No paste, no bathroom slippers, no intercom (no staff at all), no cleanness, very limited food options, mosquito repellent not working, a big lizard in my room and where should i stop Worst experience in my life and i travel a lot! I need my refund for this property. Extremely far from city
