Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Ausführliche Erläuterung wie die Tiefgarage funktioniert. Frühstück ab 6:30 👍 Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Mit Wasserkocher und Tassen und diversen Zutaten für Kaffee. Bad/WC modern und sauber. Die erste Nacht: Leider war das Kopfkissen extrem hart. Es läßt sich auf Wunsch aber abändern. Frühstücksbuffet: große Auswahl, sehr lecker. Der absolute Hit ist aber der sehr gut Kaffee. Daran hapert es ja meißtens.

Ich konnte mit dem Serviceroboter bei Frühstück nicht kommunizieren. Er war sehr freundlich und höflich, gab mir aber keine Antwort.

Ein super Frühstücksbüffett. Sehr freundliche Angestellte. Wir konnten uns sehr nett mit dem Chef des Hotels unterhalten. Ein lustiger Roboter transportiert das Geschirr in die Küche.

Für uns hat alles gepasst.
