Mol Hahr

מקום מעולה קרוב לעיר העתיקה ולכל מקום אחר. נקי. נוף יפה. שרותיים מאוד. יופי של תמורה למחיר. אידאלי למשפחות דתיות שעושות שבת במקום.

The location was spectacular with dramatic mountain views and sunsets. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and comfortable, though contact with the proprietor was only by phone.

Because of Sfat's hilly nature, from the busy main Jerusalem Street (great central location for central bus station and all shops and synagogues) the access up to the rooms was up several flights of steps, good for exercise but hard if carrying a heavy suitcase. Still it seems popular with families with young children, and appropriate for short stays.

It is in a great location- right above Jerusalem St, a main commercial street, and right above the Old City. Clean, and comfortable to stay both over Shabbat and during the week. Beautiful view from the porch. Price is significantly cheaper than other places in similar location (although different altitude).

Main issue- a few sets of stairs above Jerusalem St, which itself is above the Old City. No elevator. There is some parking behind the building, but that street is hard to find; and it still requires going down a flight and then up a flight of stairs, especially hard while carrying luggage. Also the porch is communal and you can hear through the walls some times. We had decent neighbors but it's taking a chance. With more annoying neighbors the stay would not have been as nice.

למי שנוהג בשבת, יש מקומיים שמעירים לך על זה. אנשים יושבים על הכביש בשבת, להזהר בעיקר בחושך. חלק מהריהוט צריך קצת תחזוקה
