Excelente localização, café da manhã muito agradável com uma vista linda para o lago. Funcionários educados.

Falta de iluminação na região do estacionamento, chegamos às 23h e foi ruim parar o carro distante do chalé e carregar malas na escuridão. As vagas deveriam ser demarcadas por apartamento. Tivemos a indelicadeza de uma pessoa que chegou de madrugada e largou o carro bloqueando uma das ruas de saída do hotel e não sabiam identificar o proprietário do veículo. Uma dica seria anotar a placa de cada carro junto a reserva do apart
