La propreté de la chambre. L'emplacement proche des très beaux villages de Collonges la rouge et turenne. La terrasse ombragée dont on a pas profité.

Nous avions RDV à 18h pour récupérer les clés, nous avons attendu 3/4d'h après 2 appels restés sans réponse avec 1 autre couple et 2 autres personnes dont une âgée (plus de 80 ans). Lorsqu'enfin un monsieur est arrivé nous lui avons fait la remarque des 3/4 d'h de retard et sa réponse a été (la SNCF aussi a du retard et vous prenez bien le train. J'ai 70 ans et je remplace c'est déjà bien.. D'autre part le bar ou nous avons été reçu n'etait pas très propre c'était plutôt glauque.

Le cadre, l accueil, la modernité

Il faisait un peu froid, dommage, du coup difficile de profiter du confort de la chambre
