We recently had a stay here for couple of days. The owner family is very humble and helpful. Nice and comfortable rooms. Ample parking space. Very close to Chiwla beach and Rock garden. They help us to rent a scooty as well. Food options are available at walking distance. I have searched almost every staying options in Malvan and this one found to be the best at reasonable cost. Overall best location to stay with your family.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting malvan.

If you are travelling with family, then dont stay anywhere but here only. The owners are so welcoming helping and just like your extended family. All the tourists attractions are very walkable distance. My stay was really memorable. Thanks Patil family. Breakfast specially Ghavan was out of the world.

There was no issues at all. one may find room size as small. But i didnt have issues with it, It was ok

Great reception , gave all information needed for a nice vacation at malvan, quite friendly, walking distance from rock garden , ganesh temple and chivla beach( best for Watersports). The owner was quite helpful in arranging an activa for rent. Near to msrtc bus stand (1.8 kms)
