The hotel is quaint, cozy, and beautiful. Staying in this extremely well preserved and so very tastefully decorated hotel, truly felt like living a fairytale story in a medieval village of Germany. We’ve traveled throughout Germany and several other countries over the past few months, and the stay in this wonderful village was our favorite. The restaurant is superb, the best evening meal ever, and breakfast was so quaint and personable. The room was picture perfect, comfortable, and cozy. So many extra touches to make our trip memorable and special. For example, finding the basket of supplies to create an ornament to add to the hotel Christmas tree. You’ve truly thought of everything to make your hotel the best!

Staff could have been more helpful. Room very low ceilings and tiny. Breakfast was good and location excellent.

Un lugar muy acogedor. Me tocó una habitación pequeña en la segunda planta con todas las comodidades. Recomiendo el restaurante. Se come muy bien. Se suele llenar pronto. El personal muy amable. A tener en cuenta que no se puede aparcar dentro de la zona amurallada, el estacionamiento es exclusivo para residentes. Se puede conducir por dentro pero no aparcar. Hay un aparcamiento a unos diez minutos. Es de pago pero no es caro. Se pueden dejar las maletas y luego ir a aparcar el coche. Luego moverse a pie sin problema.

Que no pude quedarme un día más porque no había disponibilidad.

This is a beautiful 15th century building with a charming cafe for breakfast, and they also serve lunch and dinner by reservation. I liked the fact that there is a separate door guests could unlock so we didn't have to go through the restaurant to get to our rooms. The room was warm and the radiators were adjustable even in freezing outside temperatures. The staff was very helpful, even carrying my luggage upstairs .

The only small problem was that the mattress in my room sagged quite a bit.
