Hotel Dolomiti

The hotel staff were extremely friendly especially the lady on the front desk and breakfast waiters gave us everything we needed, they helped our holiday be a fab holiday, the breakfast was good, the towels and bedding were high standard. They provided a ski room which was secure and easy access and free car park. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel, location was perfect. Although there was a large school trip staying we didn't have any issues and the teachers and staff were well in control, quiet at night time.

camera piccola, bagno freddo senza riscaldamento. Ci è stato dato un termo ventilatore oserei dire un giocattolo, rumorosissimo e non faceva calore, inutilizzato. finestre che non si chiudevano perfettamente, avendo così in alcuni giorni e notti un sibilo di vento continuo e fastidioso, pareti camere sottilissime si sentiva tutto giorno e notte, struttura datatissima, letto solo la rete senza rifiniture scomodissimo, PORTA DELLA STANZA TROVATA DUE VOLTE NON CHIUSA A CHIAVE, (per fortuna non abbiamo trovato cose mancanti. Colazione non eccellente con poca varietà, bambini e anche (adulti) che toccavano tutto senza usare le dovute pinze, visti anche dai camerieri che non richiamavano dette persone e bambini. La struttura non specifica nel sito che è priva di ascensore, avendo creato problemi a più persone. Spazzi molto scarsi nell'area comune.

Great location walking across the road to the lifts.. Friendly lady at reception was very welcoming and informative. The gentleman behind the desk when we arrived told us they were full but we booked the room on booking.com from the car and they “found” a room.

Thin walls so could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Bathroom was very very cramped. Very dated hotel.
