There is nothing I liked

1.The chair of the room was broken,when I complained about it,they gave me a plastic chair and in a bad condition I nearly fall on it. 2.The security was drunk on duty and he was harassing us, forcing us to open the room to let him inside. 3.No sugar or coffee provided for all these 3days of our stay. 4.The staff was Always grumpy not willing to help at all. 5.The charging socket is not working at all and seemingly its been a while. 6.It was soo stressing to wait outside the door for almost an hour waiting for security to open for us

Nothing, worst experience ever

My check in time was 1pm only checked in at 3:30 only to find out that the room for 3 people was given to someone else. Was given a 2 sleeper room until we find another. When we got there room is full of used condoms. Paid for parking when we got back at night told there is no parking. We fought we the unprofessional stuff till we left. They should let the assistants guys wearing red t-shirt to do the job they have more customer service. 1st night all 3of us slept in 1 bed (but we paid for a 3 sleeper) 2night they squeezed in another bed we couldn't even move around the room. Worst experience ever location is a dungeon do not be fooled by the pictures on their website it's a scam infact that place is a brothel. Between 9-3pm they book rooms for couples so that's why everyone was waiting in the lobby to be checked in. Horror.
