it could have been cleaned better, rooms were a bit dusty and the kitchenette was in an unusable condition

Other than the limited space within the room everything else was great

The location is very close to the Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy temple. On the west gate, there will be a police station next to temple and next to police station is this stay.

The staff is too rude and not helpful at all. Being their hotel marketed here in booking app as star and hotel and accept international customers, they don’t even accept card payment. They save money with the service charges of the card payment and expect us to pay either cash or UPI. And incase of UPI they don’t receive confirmation as it will be received by someone else and so you have show your payment to them and they have to take a photo of the payment confirmation from your phone before they accept your stay. This is ridiculous and if you can’t even check whether you receive a payment or not what is the point is depending on my phone confirmation? No hot water at all. I enquired the staff for temple timings and best time for darshan and he refused to give me details and asked me to go to temple and enquire with temple administration. Being a hotel staff next to temple, they deal with this questions literally every day and it’s just a courtesy that they can share when you travel from a foreign country to visit temple with a toddler. I highly don’t recommend you stay unless you okay to stay in the worst hotel ever just for the sake of living next to temple.

Location is the best part for this property. Car parking was arranged by the hotel for which prior information is to be given to them one day before check in. Staff is courteous

Even though rooms are small, they are neatly maintained. No noise from outside. Located at West gate and very convenient.

no breakfast, but in front of the Western gate, a clean and tasty restaurant Annapoorna. The proximity to the temple is worth the stay.
