I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all. The sheets hadn’t been changed, and I found hair on the pillows, bed, and sheets, as if someone had just slept there before me. There was only one thin, old blanket, and to make matters worse, they turned off the heating at night. I woke up freezing, and there were no extra blankets in the room. The TV didn’t work at all, even though they gave me a remote at the reception. But the worst part was waking up to take a shower and finding out there was no hot water. I waited for an hour and a half, but it never came, so I had to leave without showering. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend staying here.
