Non c'è nessun bar ristorante nelle vicinanze manca un frigo alla reception da lasciare a disposizione della clientela dei pioppi da chiedere alla reception e le pale sul soffitto optional che abbiamo trovato in altri alberghi a 1 stella sul lago e molo apprezzati lo scarico della doccia un po intasato

Hôte antipathique, aucune communication possible (ne parle pas anglais). Chambre très spartiate, sans climatisation. Accès impossible après minuit, ce qui est inacceptable pour le prix payé. Séjour globalement très décevant.

We booked this hotel for two nights because of its excellent location and the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Although signs inside the property indicate that smoking is prohibited, it is permitted on balconies and terraces. With no air conditioning or even fans available in the rooms, and with the extreme heat, we had to keep the windows open. As a result, traffic noise as well as cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms filled our space throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. While the behavior of smokers is not the direct responsibility of the owner, it is his duty to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. If installing air conditioning is not an option, at the very least providing fans would make a significant difference. After a sleepless night, we asked to leave earlier, but our complaint was disregarded. We were charged for two nights despite staying only one, with the owner simply saying he was sorry. This attitude felt greedy, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Breakfast was equally disappointing: a single type of sausage and cheese, served in tiny portions—just three slices spread across a large tray. The main variety consisted of sweets, which are not ideal for breakfast. It was also difficult to find the owner or staff at reception, and communication was a challenge since no one spoke English, which feels unprofessional in today’s hospitality industry. On top of everything else, there was absolutely no Wi-Fi in our room, nor was there any cellular network. Overall, the price per night does not reflect the level of service provided. I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers who value comfort, health, and professional service.

Super śniadania. Kawka robiona przez właściciela i świeże croassinty mistrzostwo świata ❤️ Widok z balkonu na gardę ❤️ Pokoje codziennie sprzątane więc czysto. Właściciel nie mówił po angielsku ale dało się porozumieć ☺️Jedyny minus to że byliśmy W sierpniu i było strasznie gorąco i brak klimatyzacji dawał się we znaki szczególnie w nocy. ;) Ale w mniej gorące miesiące nie było by pewnie tego problemu. Wi fi tylko w miejscach ogólno dostępnych ale też nie działało zbyt dobrze;( Fajna okolica gdzie więcej się Włochów niż turystów.
