They have laundry facility in house. The room was bigger than usual and they upgraded my room to a king-size bed. Staff was very helpful and kind.

The mildew smell coming from the furniture, including the bed. The room was colder than outdoors making my stay uncomfortable. Hotels in San Cristobal are rarely heated and even if they provide lots of blankets the cold humid temperatures make the rooms uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff Laundry service available (give them your clothes then pick them up later or have them delivered to your room) - quick and very affordable Very clean and tidy entrance and communal areas Convenient location, short walk to town and points of interest, close to bus station

Some marks in the room, some minor DIY repair jobs needed

Room was lovely, huge beds and comfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure. Staff didn't speak English but were helpful when needed. There's a rooftop as well which is nice to chill on.

Nothing wrong with the stay, other than a group of people talking very loudly at 4am in the lobby... also would be nice to have some soap in the bathroom for washing hands
