El lugar y la atención por parte del personal son extraordinarios. Preciosa habitación, abundante y de calidad el desayuno. Un lugar para quedarse bastantes días.

Nada estuvo mal, quizás una mejor conexión a Internet hubiera sido deseable, pero no pasa nada.

Un lugar incomparable. El hotel está magnificamente diseñado para sacar provecho de la ubicación donde se encuentra construido. Las vistas desde la habitación son increíbles. Todas las estancias que utilizamos (habitación, salón, cocina, terraza) se nos hicieron muy confortables, cálidas, bien decoradas, con todo lo necesario. Mención especial para Guillermina, que fue una amiga más con la que conversar...y a su riquísimo pan casero para desayunar ;)

El hotel es muy lindo y está ubicado en un lugar muy alejade en Chiloé. El personal es muy amable y bien dispuesto. La mejor opción de toda esa recgión.

Beautiful view!! Fantastic bed - even better than home. Loved the whole vibe of the place. Very friendly personnel- helpful in determining the things to see and do. Breakfast was fantastic, eating while looking at the great view.

Very nice people. Very good location at the water. Spacious room on first floor with high ceelings and 3 beds. Bathroom spacious enough. Other rooms some smaller and not so nice. Great terrace and kitchen for everyone right at the water. Close to national park entrance. Breakfast nice presented. Home made bread and cereals were good.

Sofas and chairs in common rooms not comfortable. Hotel might be too noisy if more guests are around.

"Romantic setting on the pacific cost of Chiloé"

The room was overlooking the Cucao Lake, had a very nice decor that created a very romantic atmosphere. The personal was super helpful and helped planning the activities for each day. The hotel counts with very beautiful outdoor and indoor common areas. The kitchen can be used to prepare your own food. The place was absolutely clean and nicely kept.
