Todos os funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Ambietes limpos e organizados. Café da manhã farto e variado. Gostei bastante do hotel, recomendo.

Pra mim não foi exatamente um problema, mas precisa ficar mais claro no site que não há acessibilidade. Para acessar o hotel é preciso subir escadas, e para chegar aos quartos, mais escadas.
