IEThe staff,the receptionist was great and very helpful. Great hotel in a lovely quite local town with a great restaurant and cafe. Quite and clean perfect hotel for one night transfer.

GBRoom was spacious with a desk and decent shower. It also had plenty of parking to the rear of the property. Bed was comfy and there was a mini-fridge which is great in hot weather. Plenty of storage space for personal items.
Very poorly lit, walkways. The room had a a light not working, an open socket which hadn't been maintained, the fridge had a previous person's open bottle of water in it, and a towel was dirty. The air-con also didn't work - thankfully it wasn't super hot when I stayed. The wi-fi hardly worked. Every time I finally connected near reception, it would disconnect immediately due to the lack of signal - really unhelpful for a person travelling on business as I couldn't get work done. The restaurant downstairs is handy, but I've had much better food locally. I'd have mentioned to the staff working at the time, but felt this was far too many issues to tell them!
