The AC's and Fans weren't working and the staff didn't care much when complained

The location is off the main road, so it's less noisy than most Miraj hotels. This is a typical Indian hotel in a small town, not a foreign tourist hotel so don't expect aircon or restaurant. It functioned wel for .e because I had meals with my local hosts in the town. Staff were polite. Laundry service was good. Modest price suited my budget.

It was a bit of a hassle getting hot water for shower and shave.Mattress was pretty hard, which is standard for this kind of local hotel.

Rooms were not maintained properly, lot of mosquitoes and lizards, fans were not working properly. Cost per night is too high for such place

Lot of mosquitoes in room. Need to improve on cleanliness and hygiene. Also value is too high compared to facilities what we got.

Staff response. You can have tea/ cofee between 7 to 7 at the door step.

You have to call the staff to put the control switch of the instant geyser at the desk every time.
