Crystal Palace - Luce

Posizione e cordialità staff.

Bagno alla francese, senza bidet . Climatizzatore vecchio non funzionava bene.

Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen das Zimmer war groß und schön das Bad war auch in Ordnung!

Leider wurden die Handtücher nie gewechselt das war sehr schlecht

The whole place was very clean. Lovely breakfast

For that money we would expect the blinds to work (you could not roll them up as were broken) so room was dark. The inside door of the fridge was broken and had no holder so you could not store water in the door - both pretty basic requirements. And the biggest problem was the air conditioning - when you had it on, no-one could sit on the balcony as it was pumping out really hot air - it was impossible to enjoy the balcony.

Location was great. Pool was really good with plenty of sunbeds. Bar service was good

Beds were a bit hard.

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious. The lady serving breakfast was very kind and customer-oriented.

The air conditioner was very noisy.
