"Have always stayed here since ages and stay has been pleasant. However we have always eaten outside."

Breakfast can be improved & the hotel can bring in the concept of check in related check out as is done in most hotels

As the ambience has always been good the only aspect is of offering water in small bottles instead of Large bottles can be a damper
