Restaurant food needs improvement

* Outside ambiance is good especially Gardens * Enough Car Parking

* Car parking is not covered * Morning tiffen was ready after 7:30 am. it too late as need to start temple bit early. pls ask team to ready to provide tiffen starting 6:30 AM or at least 7AM . so that eat and start.

Hotel is well located. I have visited the hotel some years back it was better maintained then.

Water was dripping from the Airconditioner. It was not attended to until I left.

staff, when accessible, were quite warm and helpful

Intercom did not work, hot water did not work inspite of me specifically asking them to recheck its availability while checking in. With old age parents who are also medical patients, it was painful without hot water for bath. I had to literally trip between my room and the reception as the intercom was not working. Staff was unavailable at the reception too at early morning hours leaving me with no respite from a cold water bath Additional suggestion: Please highlguht lack of lift services as it was quite a task to support old age parents to climb a floor of steps
