I would say this property is wining because of location. We had room with spacious balcony where we enjoyed a lot complete view of the mountains. House is located near the exit of the town. All in all, it's a good value of money.

The could make small improvements as new beddings, which was synthetic and didn't add quality of the sleep. Some small touches also could improve coziness of the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, very close to telescaun, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, which was very convenient, and the host was extremely nice and welcoming. They even recommended a nearby place to eat with excellent food, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very good experience with lots of positives, and with just a few small improvements, it would be perfect!

it would be nice to have some chairs on the balcony, even though it’s shared, and the outdoor shared terrace could use a bit of improvement. It was also a little noisy at times, as sounds from other rooms carried through easily – though this really depends on how considerate the other guests are.
