Nel periodo invernale la colazione non è prevista ma in ogni caso i proprietari mettono a disposizione dei loro ospiti una sorta di semplice buffet (caffè, tè, brioche, acqua, etc.) che in ogni caso riesce a compensare pienamente la colazione tradizionale, in ogni caso il pensiero è molto apprezzato!

Il riscaldamento ha qualche limite che comunque non crea nessun disagio, semplicemente è necessario tenere le pompe di calore accese un pò più di tempo ed il disagio si risolve.
