Arlberg Lodges

Die Lage war sehr gut. Personal hat sich schnell um Sachen gekümmert.

Die Betten zu hart, keine Kopfkissen Auswahl. Das Kopfkissen was zur Verfügung stand, war zu flach. Putzfrau klopfte schon früh am Morgen 8:30 Uhr an die Tür. Am ersten Tag in der Unterkunft wurden mir vom Bau Lärm 7:00 Uhr geweckt, aber es konnte uns eine andere Variante angeboten werden, wo wir wohnen konnten. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant wurde man pampig behandelt.

Beautiful apartment: spacious, high quality furnishings and fittings, immaculately clean and comfortable. Superb mountain views. Sara’s information and friendly customer service is excellent.

No parking adjacent to the property but that was known, and was fine. Though would be trickier if you had very young children or you had limited mobility. OK to park for 5 mins to unload luggage, then parking is down in the village (7 mins walk), as is the case for so many of these Stuben properties.

Great place with everything you need. Comfy and cozy. Very clean.

Apartment was very spacious, very comfy and well equipped. If it wasn't for the constant beeping I would give it a 10!

The apartment we stayed in had a heating pump operate all night below it and you could hear a high pitched beep every 10 seconds..., the hotel said they could do nothing about it as they couldn't switch the heating off. It was quite maddening.

Great location! Even though Arlberg lodges is a bit further up the mountain, they provide a locker for ski equipment close to the gondola. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to bars/restaurants/ski rentals. Staff was very accommodating, helped with ordering breakfast to our room and booked our taxis. Massage/spa were nice and on site. We would definitely stay here again.

I never received any check-in information. A bit confused when we arrived. Check in/reception is at the bottom of the mountain/in town.

No real checkin information delivered in booking email and checkin is at a different location. bad accesisbility with the car and parking and slopes far away. no email repsonse when requesting a crib.
