Amazing bed, good service and food, super nice pool with many birds, loved my stay

Great hotel, exceptional service from staff.

It’s a very comfortable 3 star hotel, but the service makes it an easy 5 star choice. If you were to book several rooms for a group it would be like having your own villa. We were there during the election in October 2025, and they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and safety, helping us deal with logistics when there was an internet blackout.

The location is a way out from the Center of Arusha so you need to allow for a ten minute taxi

The staff was really great, very warm welcome. The food is really good as well! They even packed up a breakfast box as we had to leave early the next morning to get in a flight to safari. The room is very spacious and comfy, with a super comfortable bed and reasonably good shower.

Not really a complaint, but the location is not the best. Even though it's relatively near to the airport, the traffic in Arusha is quite something, and the road is not great. But considering that you're in the middle of Africa, that's more than okay.

The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful! We stayed here before and after a safari on our honeymoon and the staff gave us some fizzy and a lovely cake to celebrate! They held our luggage for us, and cleaned our (very dusty) shoes without being asked (a lovely surprise). The room was so comfortable and had a beautiful balcony with a view of the lovely flowers and weaver birds round the pool. Excellent location, not far from the airport, and wonderful food in the restaurant.

Der ABSOLUT beste Aufenthalt, den wir auf unserer 3 wöchigen Tansanientour hatten. Das Personal war grossartig, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein Lächeln. Es war super sauber, keine Moskitos und der Service in allen Bereichen einfach topp. Wir haben sogar spontan eine Nacht verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten😉
