Wonderful, helpful staff. Food was a bit pricey for local standards, but very good.

The road to the property is very bad. Although not the property’s fault, they should mention it.

Really lovely hotel on the outskirts of Arusha. The staff are very attentive and care for their guests well. It is situated in a peaceful area where you can relax, accompanied by the sounds of singing birds. I highly recommend it!

From the moment I arrived at the property, the staff treated me with such kindness. They automatically upgraded my room, were attentive, and ensured my comfort for the entire stay. The room was extremely clean and the area around the hotel was green and well managed. The restaurant also had some of the best food I ate while in TZ. 100/10 recommend.

I cannot say enough about The Villa Arumeru. This hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff are thoughtful, the food is delicious & the cost is very reasonable. Ellie and her team are amazing; our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The balcony and the breakfast were excellent. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. There are a group of birds that hang out by the pool and they are a lot of fun to watch. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hot water for the shower was good but not great and the beds were a little on the firm side for my liking. The room says it has a view of the mountains but that's not really the case. Overall very nice local hotel.

A relaxing place to stay on arrival to Arusha. A lovely outdoor area. Friendly and helpful staff and delicious meals. Airport transfer and booking of driver to other locations not overpriced.
