"Relaxing amd beautiful location, a highlight of our trip downunder"

Spacious, comfortable accommodations, in a tropical rainforest setting. The best part of our stay was the owners, Sue and Patrick, who went out of their way to be hospitable and excellent conversationalists.

"Beautiful lodge stay"

We had the whole lodge to ourselves. Sue & Patrick were really lovely hosts - catering to all our needs- very passionate and knowledgeable about the surrounding rainforest and animals. Breakfast was nice. Daily visit from Fritz the parrot.

There was nothing we did not like! If you are to stay here just a heads up that you will need to get a hire car!

"This was a delightfully unique place to stay."

Staying with Sue and Patrick is a unique experience. The birds and musky rat kangaroos that they have rescued are a treat to see up close. The cottage has impressive African decor from their travels. That, combined with the tropical landscape makes you feel like you’re in an exotic location. We brought our own food to make dinner and the kitchen was more than adequate to prepare a nice dinner. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night.

The wifi didn’t work for us.
